This (SS600V) CNC automatic speaker voice coil winding machine is one digital programmable coil winding machine, there are insulation tape device and margin tape device(optional), alcohol bath wire spreading head with the machine. The winding tensioner is optional, It's the best choice for big speaker voice coil.
Features:
1. Alcohol bath wire spreading head for the alcohol selfboding wires .
3. Step motor driven by constant-current power supply, high spreading speed precise winding.
4. "Start Point" could set by key panel or with teachable function.
Display will show the position of spreading head while setting.
5. Wire passing through ceramic guides prevent isulation enamel from high temperature.
6. Foot-switch connection for better efficiency.
7. Winding parameters and options can be set independently for each step.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 999 steps of parameters with off-power memory retention.
