This fully automatic rectangular core and toroid core flat wire standing layout coil winding machine robot (SS-RTF01) ( without operator ) adopts precise servo motors and controlling systme with large LCD display. This winding robot output the finished wound coils in surprising speed without operator. This winding machine is used for winding the flat wires and layout on the rectangular core and toroid core by standing but the edges of toroid core request be angle of chamfer by radian and must there are more than 5mm space between the starting turn and ending turn. This fully automatic winding machine is best suited winding the rectangular core common mode inductor coils, inductance filter coils, transformer coils, toroid inductor, toroid inductance filter coils, toroid choke coils.
Features and specifications :
1. The flat wire thickness 0.3~2.0mm width 1.5~5.0mm ( Request the copper wire to be more softer when the wire section larger, And need two sets of wire feeding wheels, and will increase the wear of the wire feeding wheels. 5. Starting wire terminal length requested by user set value according to the magnetic core size.
6. The alarm function of wire jammed make the wear of wire feeding wheels to be reduced to a minimum.
7. The core oversize alarm and removal function (When fully automatic mode ).
8. Independent winding axis controlling.
9. Feed wires in fully automatic. Feed cores by vibration device in fully automatic.
10. The two wires feeding are independently controlled by two servo motors.
