The (SS-FAC03) winding robot is one non-cam type precise programmable automatic flat wire standing layout air coil winding machine with 6PCS motion axes. This winding equipment is called flat wire air rectangular coil winding machinery, electric car charger inductor winding machine too. This winder is used for winding the thick flat wire air rectangular coils and flat wire air round coil on the toroid or rectangular core ( wind flat wire on the core directly by standing layout, Need operator to hold core.), No need operator when wind coil without core. This winding robot can bend and cut the wire terminals (pins) of coil automatically. But some special shape of pins can not bend by it. Can make the double same rectangular coils ( rectangular twin coils) in series connection.
Features :
1. 4PCS motion arms fixing positions be change-able. Adopting the latest manufacturing technology. servo peeling is more stable, avoided the phenomenon of wire breakage and movement.
2. Optimized mechanical structure designing, adopts Japanese THK brand guiding rails, Japanese brand NSK bears, The overall mechanical performance and service life of the machine are improved, and repeated positioning tolerance are further reduced.
3. Adopts large LCD display with key board and mouse and high-resolution servo motors, the twist angle is more accurate.
