The (SS-FAC02) is one none cam type fully automatic heavy flat wire air coil winding machine winding robot within 8PCS motion

axises WITHOUT operator. This winding robot used for winding the big sizes heavy flat wire air coils and bending the wire

terminalswithout operator. This winding robot can wind coil and bend the wire terminals (pins) of coil automatically.

Features :

1. Adopts the latest manufacturing technology, eight axes servo independent controlling and 17-inch display, making product

programming and setup simpler and easier to learn.

2. Optimizing the mechanical structure designing, adopts the China Taiwan TB1 brand guiding screw bar, and the China

Taiwan TB1 brand or HIWIN brand guiding rail which improves the overall accuracy and service life of the machine,

and further reduces the repeated positioning tolerance.

3. Adopts the high-resolution servo motors, the winding angle is more accurate.

4. The winding spindle is developed and produced using the latest technology, and the runout tolerance is further

reduced to satisfy the high precise inner hole diameter requirements of various air coils.

5. This robot are widely used in electric, new engergy car, electric car, battery chargers, electronics, automobiles and other industries.
