Description :

The (SS-FAC01) is one twisting type fully automatic thick flat wire rectangular air coil winding machine winding robot WITHOUT operator.

This winding robot is used for winding the thick flat wire air rectangular coils choke inductors, transformers without

operator (Except some sepecial shape coils).

Features :

1. It adopts the latest manufacturing technology and has 3-axis servo independent controlling, making product programming

and seting up simpler and easier to learn.

2. Adopts Japanese THK brand linear sliding rails and Japanese NSK brand bearings to ensure effectively the accuracy and stability

of the machine tool.

3. Adopts big LCD display and high-resolution servo motors, the winding angle is more accurate.

4. The wire feeding box is made of casting iron. It has been annealed at high temperature and naturally aged. It is equipped with

high-precision grinding gears to ensure effectively the accuracy of wire feeding.

5. The winding spindle is developed and produced using the latest technology, and the runout tolerance is further reduced to

meet the high precise inner hole diameter requirements of various air coils.

6. This robot are widely used in electric, new engergy car, electric car, battery chargers, electronics, automobiles, and other industries.
